Bar Deja Vu – ALFRA UG (limited liability)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations, services and other benefits made through the website of Bar Deja Vu (operated by ALFRA UG (limited liability)).

2. Bar services

Bar Deja Vu offers drinks and food on site. Users can make table reservations between 7:00 PM and midnight, as well as bookings for private parties, via the website. An online shop or delivery service is not offered.

3. Reservations and deposits

For table reservations, a deposit may be required via PayPal or online payment. This serves as a security deposit for the bar in case of no-shows. The amount of the deposit will be clearly displayed before the reservation is completed.

Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the reserved time. In case of later cancellation or no-show without prior notice, Bar Deja Vu reserves the right to retain the deposit.

For private parties, separate cancellation periods apply, which are agreed individually with the customer.

4. Terms of payment

Payments on site are possible in cash, by debit card, or credit card. Online payments and PayPal are accepted exclusively for securing table reservations.

5. Admission rules & age restrictions

Access to the bar is generally permitted from the age of 18. Young people aged 16 and over are permitted to stay until midnight, provided the legal regulations in Bavaria permit this. Appropriate proof of age may be requested upon entry.

6. Wardrobe & Liability

The cloakroom at Bar Deja Vu is open to the public and is not monitored. The bar assumes no liability for lost or stolen items. Guests are asked to keep valuables with them.

7. Events & private parties

Bar Deja Vu regularly hosts events and theme nights. Information about these will be posted on the website or via social media in a timely manner. The space can only be rented for private parties.

8. House rules

The bar reserves the right to refuse entry to guests or to expel them from the premises, particularly in cases of inappropriate behavior, violation of the house rules or suspected violation of the law.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of ALFRA UG. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
